If you could only do one thing right to improve your chances in debt litigation, in my opinion, that thing would be conducting vigorous discovery. It can be frustrating and time consuming for you, but it’s expensive for them. That factor all by itself will often make them drop the suit. But in addition, your challenge as a pro se defendant is to prove that the debt collector does not have what it needs to win its case against you. The only way to do that is through the legal discovery process. The process is specific, and it is controlled by rules. Once you get them, though, you still need to figure out what to ask and how to ask it. That’s what this product really helps with.

The Discovery Pack comes with Instructions, an article about discovery in general, and sample packs of interrogatories, requests for documents, and requests for admissions (for debt buyer cases). It won’t save you all the nuisance of discovery, but it will save you a lot of it. It will go a long way towards building your understanding of the law and facts controlling your case.
