Thank you for getting the Case Evaluation. We’ll be looking at your cae shortly and preparing a road map to help you know what to do next. Now we just need a little information.

Please download and print the following three documents: the Suit Analysis, the Questionnaire, and Special Directions. Please fill out the questionnaire, either by typing or handwriting (neatly!) and email or scan and email to us at info@YourLegalLegUp.com. Also please scan or photograph the documents you have been served and email them to us as well.

Remember that we have to be able to enlarge and read these documents in order to be able to help you, so make sure the copies are good. We will look at these materials and provide you an analysis within 72 hours of receiving them (or 24 if you purchase the rush service).
