If you are facing debt collectors and creditors and either want to join a debt relief plan or think the collectors may sue you, you might want to find a lawyer to help you prepare – either before suit is filed or after. Here is information about a program designed specifically with people like you in mind.
As we often say, having an experienced debt defense lawyer represent you is the best way to go – if you can afford it and if you can find a lawyer who is familiar with the debt law. Lawyers who are inexperienced in debt law do not understand the way debt collectors work and why that means you have a great chance not to have to pay anything. Thus they are often looking to settle the case quickly – and they will expect you to pay the debt collectors a large percentage of what they want.
We have often wanted to offer my customers a way to get a competent lawyer without it costing a fortune, and now at last I can. I can now offer a prepaid legal plan. I will tell you more about the network of lawyers involved in emails to come. My involvement in the program is so new that it will take us a few days to create the letters describing the plan and telling you how to get it.
For now, though, you should be aware that there are two basic programs available. The first program is for people who are not yet being sued. If you get this program, it would be a sort of insurance plan designed for people who have unpaid debts and may get sued. In other words, it is designed to be used, and it might also be a useful part of a debt repair program.
The second program, of course, is for people already being sued. This is obviously a more expensive option, as it would involve immediate action by an attorney. Still, the program is less expensive than most lawyers and can also include debts for which you have not yet been sued as well. If you’re already being sued and would rather have a lawyer, this would be a good choice for you.
